“A Mother’s Rule of Life: How to Bring Order to Your Home and Peace to Your Soul” is Catholic manual for living out our vocation as mothers with as much zeal as a religious lives their order’s Rule. It helps develop a Rule of your own to manage a home prayerfully and with organization. Reading it always inspires me and helps me run our home better. It can be purchased here.

“Easy Green Living by Renee Loux in an incredibly comprehensive guide for cleaning up your home from toxins and waste. While her driving purpose is being environmentally friendly, these eco friendly changes are usually also the healthier option for us. She goes through every room and product in your home that you can imagine and gives you better choices for things, both store bought items or recipes to make yourself. I got it at a library book sale years ago and need to pick it up more often! Find it here.

Do It On A Dime with Kathryn is my favorite YouTube channel and blog for thrifty living and home organization ideas. Bonus points that her cleaner recipes are usually non-toxic!

Shower of Roses is a great blog full of ideas for living out the Liturgical year in your home. Jessica has neat ideas, recipes, book selections, and beautiful photos of her own family’s celebrations for pretty much any feast day or big event in the Church that you can think of!

As if Shower of Roses wasn’t impressive enough, Jessica also has another blog called Catholic Cuisine which is devoted just to food and drink to celebrate the Liturgical year.
